RateMDs.com, a popular site where visitors/patients can “rate” their doctors from the US, Canada and even in Australia and UK, shows a thread of ratings from 2006 to 2009 on Dr. Cohen.
Almost all ratings on the website state that the doctor is not only a skilled professional who can work wonders on the back, but also a warm and compassionate physician who puts his patients’ minds at ease when facing severe pain and back discomfort.
Even called “Dr. Miracle” by some, one visitor of the site allegedly brought his wife to Anders Cohen at 3:30 AM for severe pain in her legs due to a disastrous back surgery. The doctor gave other options besides surgery and it was the patient and her husband themselves who decided to go for it.
The patient has had a full recovery since then and together with her husband, they call Dr. Cohen “their new best friend”.
